    The East Hospital Dermatology (South Campusis a clinical specialty that integrates medical care, cosmetology, education, and research. Wemphasize talent development with a focus on specialization in specific diseases and service qualityCurrently, the team comprises 5 doctors, including 2 associate chief physicians, 2 attending physicians, and 1 physician. Among them, 2 hold PhD degrees, 1 has a masters degree, and 2 have bachelors degrees. Upholding the values of virtue and professionalism, we prioritize patient well-being and strive to deliver scientific, standardized, and rational treatment plans. We prioritize medical care and value both education and research. Aligning with the dynamic trends of Pudongs growth and development, we are committed to providing professional, precise, and accessible high-quality dermatological services to the residents of Pudong New District and beyond. 

Services

At East Hospital Dermatology, we have special clinics, expert clinics, specialty clinics, and general clinics with special clinics offering treatment for venereal diseases, psoriasis, acne, pigment disorders, and hair diseases. Focusing on the construction of diagnostic and therapeutic projects, we provide patients with one-stop services and adhere to a patient-centered philosophy. Most treatment procedures can be completed on the same day as the patient’s visit, minimizing the time patients spend traveling back and forth.

Service Detail:

1. Dermatologic Surgery: Suitable for skin biopsy to confirm diagnosis, excision of benign and malignant skin tumors, skin nodules, skin cysts, skin abscesses, lipomas, large moles, and the removal of skin and subcutaneous tissue lesions.

2. Laser Aesthetic Surgery and Radiofrequency Electrosurgery: Applicable for the removal of various shallow and small skin growths, such as skin tags, common warts, genital warts, granulomas, seborrheic keratosis, and small moles, etc.

3. Autologous Skin Grafting for Vitiligo: Suitable for stable vitiligo, especially on the face, hands, feet, and private areas.

4. Glycolic Acid Resurfacing Aesthetic Surgery: Appropriate for conditions such as acne, enlarged pores, skin aging, pigmentation, uneven skin tone, dull complexion, superficial scars, perifollicular keratosis, ichthyosis, and amyloidosis.

5. Ice Point Laser Hair Removal: Applicable for various body hair removal, including beard, sideburns, hairline beautification, underarm hair, chest and abdominal hair, upper and lower limb hair, etc.

6. Red and Blue Light Therapy: Suitable for inflammatory acne, rosacea, folliculitis, etc.

7. Photodynamic Therapy (PDT): Applicable for genital warts, moderate to severe acne, in situ skin cancers, and superficial malignant skin tumors, with the advantages of high cure rate and low recurrence.

8. Narrowband Ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) Therapy: Suitable for psoriasis, vitiligo, rosacea, eczema, pruritus, palmoplantar pustulosis, etc.

9. Low-Power Helium-Neon (He-Ne) Laser: Applicable for herpes zoster and postherpetic neuralgia, alopecia areata, skin infections, skin ulcers, rhinophyma, etc.

10. Ultra-Low-Temperature Cryotherapy: Applicable for various viral warts, featuring rapid action and minimal impact on daily life. However, it requires 3-5 treatments with approximately a 2-week interval between each session.
