The South Campus of East Hospital VIP Department specializes in catering to the needs of high-end individuals and foreign patients. Comprising VIP outpatient clinics and VIP wards, the department ensures patient comfort, privacy, and warm medical services. The VIP outpatient clinic, placed on the 3rd floor of Building B in the main hospital complex (Gate 5), provides various appointment services, including online scheduling, a 24-hour hotline, and recorded phone calls. The VIP wards is located on the 7th, 8th, and 9th floors. With independent operating rooms and consultation areas, we offer a comfortable environment conducive to patient recovery.
Services
At East Hospital, the VIP department provides medical services for diseases regarding internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics and beyond. Moreover, we offer services including chiropractic care, traditional Chinese medicine adjustment, postpartum rehabilitation, anti-aging aesthetics, health management, and health promotion. The expert team comprises professionals from various departments within the hospital, many of whom have studied and worked overseas, bringing rich clinical experience and advanced international treatment methods to our patients.
Specializing in comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of tumors, management of pregnant women, child growth and development, traditional Chinese health regulation, we also offer services to patients from Taiwan province through outpatient services at the East Hospital for Taiwan Residents, with renowned experts providing consultations and assistance with health insurance claims of Taiwan province.
Operating Hours and Facilities
The South Campus of VIP outpatient clinic operates from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while the inpatient wards operate year-round. The wards include double rooms, single rooms, and deluxe suites equipped with wireless network coverage, ensuring a warm and comfortable environment conducive to patient recovery. Personalized Chinese and Western catering services are also provided.

We provide outpatient and inpatient VIP medical examination services tailored to individual needs, arranging expert diagnosis and treatment based on examination results, and offering one year of complimentary health tracking and management services.
